The anticipation of glittering snow and the northern lights starts with planning your trip. To make your journey as relaxed as possible, we are happy to help you choose the best flight connection.
There are three airports to choose from, each with its own advantages:
- Arvidsjaur (AJR): The most convenient option. In winter there are often excellent direct charter flights from Germany (e.g. from Hanover, Frankfurt-Hahn, Cologne, Munich or Stuttgart) that take you straight to the heart of Lapland in just three hours.
- Luleå (LLA): The largest airport in the region, with several daily flights from Stockholm. Often the most flexible option if you prefer scheduled flights (e.g. with SAS or Norwegian). In winter (December – March) Edelweiss offers direct flights from Zurich.
- Skellefteå (SFT): A great alternative, also well connected via Stockholm and often attractively priced.
